They both crave mangoes and find them hard to get.

I always make some sort of pudding with mangoes (this year it will be a sort of Mango Eton Mess typer arrangement). My grandparents had a huge mango tree in their backyard, always laden with fruit at Christmas time when we were there. My cousins used to pick the mangoes from the trees on their cane farm and pack them up for sale. Strangely enough, I've never cared much for them, but my boys just LOVE them.

Hope this year's tray is just as beautiful.

Thanks for Rewinding at the Fibro. :-)life in a pink fibrohttp://lifeinapinkfibro.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7797396120087729156.post-68304386691090372712010-12-18T11:22:09.944+11:002010-12-18T11:22:09.944+11:00There is nothing else to compare with mangos as a ...There is nothing else to compare with mangos as a fruit, I think, their sweet unique flavour, colour, texture and juiciness are sublime...love the mango icecream idea too.Naturally Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15999271127735997770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7797396120087729156.post-82153261068451337882010-12-18T08:22:18.936+11:002010-12-18T08:22:18.936+11:00Your boss would find huge favour in this house.
